Physical Products

Include your order number and photographs showing the issue where applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Returns

For eligible physical products, return requests must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must generally be unused and returned in its original condition unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning an item. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot physically be returned, completed digital-download purchases are generally non-returnable.

However, if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing the product you purchased, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that may be required under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
